Terms of Service
These terms of service automatically apply to you once you place an order!
1. 20% Down Payment!
1.1. To secure a place in our project queue, a down-payment of 20% is required.
1.2. Please be aware that the down-payment is non-refundable in the event of discontinuing the project. This policy is in place as it necessitates re-scheduling of orders and may disrupt our workflow, impacting our commitments to other clients.
2. 40% Upfront Payment!
2.1. In order to facilitate efficient project initiation and allocate appropriate time, energy, and resources, a 40% upfront payment will be required, payable no later than 7 days before the project commencement date.
2.2. Once the project has been initiated and work has commenced, should the customer decide to discontinue the project, any refunds will not be applicable or provided.
2.3. This upfront payment serves as a safeguard, ensuring that we do not invest significant efforts in project completion without due compensation. It allows for a mutually secure arrangement benefiting both parties involved.
3. 40% Finish Payment!
3.1. Upon the client's satisfaction with the final outcome of their project, they are required to submit the remaining payment.
3.2. However, the client should refrain from making the 40% final payment until they have conducted proper and thorough testing of the game to ensure its functionality and suitability.
4. Payment Methods!
4.1. The initial down payment (as stated in 1.) must be made through Gamepass. We do not accept Group Funds for this purpose to avoid potential changes of mind during the two-week waiting period.
4.2. Both the 40% upfront payment (as mentioned in 2.) and the 40% final payment (as indicated in 3.) can be settled using Group Funds, Gamepass.
5. No rushing!
5.1. Achieving the utmost quality in project development requires a considerable amount of time and effort.
5.2. It is important to note that project delivery timelines may experience delays due to unanticipated game modifications or unforeseen challenges encountered during the development process.
5.3. Furthermore, in the event of a family emergency affecting one of our team members, there is a possibility of project delivery being postponed to accommodate the necessary personal circumstances.
6. Have prepared details!
6.1. Please provide clear and specific project details when placing your order to ensure effective communication and understanding.
6.2. If there are significant changes to the game idea after work has begun, we reserve the right to cancel the project without a refund.
7. Mutual respect!
7.1. Kindly maintain a respectful and courteous demeanor in all interactions, as we believe in fostering a positive and professional working relationship.
7.2. It is essential to recognize that we retain the right to cancel an order without a refund should a customer engage in disrespectful behavior or use rude language.
8. No refunds!
8.1. Once we have initiated work on the project, refund requests will not be accommodated.
8.2. In circumstances where a refund becomes inevitable, we will provide a partial refund amounting to 40% of the project cost, excluding the initial 20% down payment.
8.3. It is important to maintain responsive communication during the project's development. If there is a lack of response for 7 days, the project will be considered canceled, and refunds will not be provided in such instances.
8.4. If a client comes to us with any assets, they need to make sure their workspace is organized. If we find out later that their workspace is messy or disorganized, we will ask them to tidy it up. If they refuse to do so, we have the right to cancel the order without a refund.
9. Changes!
9.1. After making the 50% upfront payment, we kindly request that you refrain from altering the project details to ensure a smooth and efficient development process.
9.2. If, after fulfilling the requirements outlined in section 6.1, you wish to make additional changes to the project, there will be an additional charge for these modifications.
9.3. In the event that we determine that the amount of work required for a project significantly exceeds the initial budget after commencing the work, we will engage in negotiations with the client to explore an optimal resolution. If, despite our efforts, a mutually agreeable solution cannot be reached, we reserve the right to terminate the project.
10. Revisions!
10.1. Revisions may be necessary in cases where the client has not provided sufficient detailed information about their project. As a result, we will implement a charge for any requested revisions to compensate for the additional time spent on clients who have not provided clear specifications. This policy ensures that we can allocate resources effectively and deliver optimal results for all our clients.
11. Updates!
11.1. Our policy dictates that all updates will incur charges; no updates will be provided free of charge.
11.2. While we are capable of implementing any updates to your project, it is imperative to ensure that the hierarchy of the game remains unaltered. Any changes to the game's structure may necessitate additional adjustments and incur further costs.
12. Configurations!
12.1. When opting for the configuration option within our features, it is essential to recognize that we cannot be held accountable for any potential underperformance of your project resulting from the misuse or inappropriate application of gameplay length, loop, or storyline elements.
12.2. Provided that you acknowledge and accept our disclaimer regarding the non-responsibility to the game's performance, we are more than willing to offer configuration services tailored to your specific requirements.
13. Bugs!
13.1. We are committed to providing complimentary support for addressing any issues that can be attributed to our own actions or errors for the first week. However, in instances where any manipulation of our code or project structure by external parties results in malfunctions or non-functionality, regrettably, we will not be able to assume responsibility for rectifying such occurrences, as the fault lies outside our scope of influence.
14. Game Ideas!
14.1. We strictly adhere to a policy of accepting only child-friendly projects, aligning with our commitment to maintaining a safe and appropriate environment.
14.2. During the development process, should any profanity or inappropriate content be added to the game, the project will be automatically canceled.
14.3. If, regrettably, we find it necessary to cancel an order due to the inclusion of profanity or any content violating Roblox's terms of service, refunds will not be provided for the affected project. This policy is in place to uphold community guidelines and preserve the integrity of our service offerings.
